At the Nova Scotia Health Innovation Hub, I help lead the ideation and implementation of innovation projects aimed at providing a robust healthcare system to Nova Scotians across the province.
Past employment
At the United Nations Association in Canada, I helped the organization further its impact through valuable monitoring and evaluation techniques. Moreover, I leveraged innovative learning to further the capacities of internal and external stakeholders.
As Partnerships Coordinator at the United Nations Association in Canada, I aimed to create a detailed plan for the creation and adoption of an online knowledge hub. This knowledge hub will be a space for participants, partners and community stakeholders to connect on the ratification of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
As Project Coordinator at CECNB, I focused on creating a holistic approach for non-profit organizations, social enterprises and co-operatives to better engage young people online. Through various surveys, focus groups and interviews a collection of data was attained and then analyzed to provide relevant information to a variety of stakeholders.
As an Urban Index Researcher at Pivot 2020, I supported the further collection of data on cities across Canada in relation to youth. Furthermore, I aided in the launch of the Youthful Cities X RBC Future Launch Urban Work Index 2021 report and the Youthful Cities Open Data Hub.
As a Team Leader at Pivot 2020, I helped navigate a team of Urban Index Researchers as they collected, cleaned and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data from cities across Atlantic Canada. Additionally, I provided specific leadership and strategy workshops and training to the larger Atlantic Canadian team.
At Canada Learning Code I supported Chapter communities as they delivered workshops throughout Canada. Moreover, I assisted in the execution of the 2019 Girls Code Day.
Beginning at WE Charity I had the opportunity to deliver numerous speeches and workshops to youth, businesses and communities across Canada and the United States of America. Additionally, I supported upper management with the deliverance of several train the trainer workshops, ME to WE Camp and an international trip to Tanzania.
As Manager of Global Program Operations, I was tasked with supporting and managing a team of 8 facilitators as they delivered programming to community stakeholders throughout Canada and the United States of America.
