At the Nova Scotia Health Innovation Hub, I worked with clinicians, administrators, community organizations, and patients to deliver system-wide improvements in healthcare, ensuring initiatives align with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Key achievements:

• Expanded the VirtualEmergencyNS program, enabling over 4,000 consultations in emergency departments with limited or no on-site physician coverage.

• Managed the distribution and management of over $1.5 million dollars through the Nova Scotia Lighthouse Project.

• Facilitated cross-departmental collaboration to implement major policy changes with province-wide impact.

As the Project Officer of Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Learning at UNA-Canada, I focused on supporting programme staff in the development and evaluation of their community programming. Additionally, I assisted staff through the dissemination of knowledge and delivery of training.

Key achievements:

• Monitored organizational programs and projects through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Crafted evaluative monthly and year-end reports for senior leadership, organizational members, and funders.

• Drafted grant applications for new organizational programs using distinct logic models, pragmatic monitoring and evaluation plans, and indicator guides.

• Supported organizational learning through knowledge dissemination.

As Partnerships Coordinator at the United Nations Association in Canada, I developed a detailed plan for the creation and adoption of an online knowledge hub designed to connect participants, partners, and community stakeholders on the ratification of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Key achievements:

• Created a robust knowledge base project plan for the Generation SDG program.

• Facilitated knowledge-sharing workshops with external partner organizations.

• Assisted in delivering a hybrid event with over 100 participants.

• Provided technical support for more than five large online learning experiences.

As Project Coordinator at CECNB, I developed a holistic approach to help non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and co-operatives better engage young people online. I collected and analyzed data through surveys, focus groups, and interviews to provide valuable insights to diverse stakeholders.

• Formulated an influential organizational report on the future of online learning experiences for youth across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

• Successfully collected data from over 40 participants using dynamic qualitative research methods.

As an Urban Index Researcher at Pivot 2020, I contributed to data collection on youth-related metrics across Canadian cities and supported the launch of the Youthful Cities X RBC Future Launch Urban Work Index 2021 report and the Youthful Cities Open Data Hub.

Key achievements:

• Researched over 25 Canadian cities to enhance the Youthful Cities Open Data Hub.

• Assisted in developing the Youthful Cities Open Data Hub and the Youthful Cities X RBC Future Launch Urban Work Index 2021.

September 2020 - May 2020

As a Team Leader at Pivot 2020, I guided a team of Urban Index Researchers in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from cities across Atlantic Canada. I also delivered leadership and strategy workshops to the broader Atlantic Canadian team.

Key achievements:

• Led a team of over 8 researchers through data collection and analysis on living conditions in five Atlantic cities.

• Facilitated more than 10 leadership, research, and strategy workshops for Pivot 2020’s Atlantic Canadian research team.

January 2019 - September 2019

At Canada Learning Code, I supported Chapter communities as they delivered workshops across Canada and assisted in executing the 2019 Girl’s Code Day.

Key achievements:
- Supported the growth and enhancement of over 30 Canada Learning Code Chapter communities nationwide.

• Implemented an organizational knowledge database to retain critical data for the creation, evolution, and implementation of CLC Chapter communities.

• Launched two new Chapter communities in London, ON, and Kitchener-Waterloo, ON.

August 2017 - February 2018

As Manager of Global Program Operations, I supported and managed a team of eight facilitators delivering programming to community stakeholders across Canada and the United States.

Key achievements:

• Led a team of 8+ facilitators in delivering leadership workshops across Canada and the United States.

• Created more than 10 asynchronous internal learning modules.

• Led the integration of a Global Leadership team by uniting three country-specific teams.

• Tracked and monitored team KPIs using Salesforce dashboards.

October 2016 - August 2017

At WE Charity, I delivered speeches and workshops to youth, businesses, and communities across Canada and the United States. I also supported upper management with train-the-trainer workshops, ME to WE Camp, and an international leadership trip to Tanzania.

Key achievements:

• Delivered 20 speeches and leadership workshops across Southern Ontario as part of the Cineplex WE Volunteer campaign.

• Guided a group of youth and educators through a two-week international development and leadership trip to Tanzania.
